Fluke ii915 Industrial Acoustic Imager
The Fluke ii915 is equipped with an array of 64 microphones to capture sound waves eminating from an object. These sound signals and then converted in to an overlaid visual image "SoundMap" on the 7in display. The aucoustic imaging can accurately pin point the direction of the sound waves in a wide range of frquencies, such as those from a compressed air system, leaks or partial discharge. Compressor system leaks typically emit sound from 30-60kHz and partial discharge, (electrical leaks), emit sound from 20-110kHz. The ii915 can also detect frequencies 2-100kHz which also enables the discovery of mechanical issues which may change over time. Creating th eimage and identifiying potential leaks, discharge or mechanical noise will enable a user to be proactive in maintance and detect problems at the earlist opportunity.
Inspect entire plants within hours
The straightforward, intuitive interface allows technicians to isolate the sound frequency of the leak to filter out loud background noise. In a matter of hours, the team can inspect the entire plant – during peak operations. For the first time, you can quickly and easily identify the air leak repairs needed to ensure efficient operations and reduce utility bills. Images can be saved and exported for reporting purposes.
Lower your utility costs, reduce leak detection time and improve reliability in your production line. Never leave air leaks unattended again.
Fluke ii915 Features

LCD 7" touchscreen overlays a SoundMap™ on a visual image for quick leak location identification
Intuitive and simple to use tool that can isolate the frequency of leaks or vacuums.
LeakQ Mode: An analytical and treporting tool designed to estimate the volume and cost of individula leaks. Also has integrated CO2 emission estimation reporting.
MecQ Mode: Unlike single-frequency tools, MecQ offers predefined and customizable frequency bands, allowing filtering and trending of dB-level data at any frequency band. This enables powerful trend analysis while still pinpointing leak locations.
PDQ Mode: The Fluke ii915 translates the sound emitted by partial discharge into visuals, precisely pinpointing their location. With an extended frequency range of 2-100 kHz, it detects partial discharge early, aiding maintenance planning and preventing catastrophic events. High-voltage professionals can now visualize what was once invisible.
Annotate and Tag: Tag your inspections by adding photo notes, asset identifiers, text notes, and annotation of follow-up actions, including priority. Use QR codes to identify your inspections easily. No hassle or errors with seamless integration using the FlukeConnect™ desktop software.
Operating time: Up to 6 hours of operating time.
