Winslow TO18005P 3 Hole Transistor Mounting Pad - Polypropolene

The TO18005P is an insulating bush for mounting transistors with a TO18 case style. It gives mechanical support to the device, acts as an anti-moisture trap and provides insulation between the device and board.
The 3 hole configuration has a 6.4 mm (0.25") diameter, height of 2.0 mm (0.078") and PCD of 2.5 mm.
