QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
Warwick Test Supplies Limited provides test equipment and supplies to the electronics, security and automotive industries. In doing so we develop and manufacture innovative solutions to connection problems and also act as a franchised distributor for a number of highly respected brands.
Quality is hugely important to our business because it’s what our customers expect and we value our customers. We endeavour to supply our customers with products that not only meet but often exceed their expectations. We achieve this via employee engagement and teamwork, as well as adherence to the highest ethical, environmental and quality standards.
To safeguard the quality of our products, and those supplied by us, they are only considered to be satisfactory when components are obtained from ethical and traceable sources and manufactured in accordance with the approved manufacturing process. We accomplish this with a Quality Management System which provides a framework for documenting all relevant business and manufacturing processes and a system to measure and improve our performance.
We are committed to ensuring Quality remains intact and continuous improvement is allowed to flourish. We therefore encourage and value active input and involvement from employees, suppliers and customers to improve or processes and products. We also regularly review our procedures to identify ways to improve our overall Quality performance and regularly set quality targets and objectives. This allows us to assure Quality satisfaction of our customers.
Although the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility in the development and implementation of our quality systems, procedures and to contribute through communication, training and personal development.
