Fluke 1ACII VoltAlert Non Contact Voltage Tester
Introducing the 1ACII non contact voltage tester from Fluke. The VoltAlert AC voltage detector is very easy to use - just touch the tip to a terminal strip, outlet or cord. When the tip glows red and the unit beeps, you know there is voltage on the line. Designed for electricians, contractors, maintenance service safety personnel and homeowners alike.
The VoltAlert senses the steady state electrostatic ï¬ÂÂÂÂeld produced by ac voltage through insulation without requiring contact to the bare conductor. A red glow at the tip and a beeping noise (if not switched OFF) indicates the presence of voltage. Quickly test for energized circuits safely and accurately.
