WTS - COVID-19 Update

WTS Latest Status:  Still Open For Business

		Emails - GOOD Emails will be sent and replied to during typically office hours
		Telephone - GOOD Office call handling is fully functional
		Online Ordering/ Shopping - GOOD Online shop active and fully functional
		Stock - MODERATE Currently good levels of stock but stock replenishment delayed from some EU suppliers. Some EU based suppliers forced to temporarily  shutdown. All other suppliers still operational.
		Delivery - GOOD Fast Courier Service or Royal Mail still operating.  Deliveries are conducted 'non contact' and signed as delivered by driver. Possible delays of international deliveries during busy periods.

If possible please identify a 'safe place' in the delivery instructions on your order for the delivery to made at your delivery address.  

If you have an outstanding order with us and you become aware that there will be no one available to accept a delivery due to business shutdown etc.. then please contact us ASAP so that we may hold the shipment until your return.  If we send a shipment and there is no safe place and no one is able to accept a delivery at the delivery address then the shipment will be returned to us.  If this occurs we may request that you pay for a further shipment.
