  • Insulated Bag for EV & PHEV Connectors - 130mm x 210mm

    This insulated connector bag is a transparent polyvinyl bag with velcro fastening at one end and eyelet at the other end to aid removal.

    When disconnecting cables/conductors on EVs & PHEVs they should be secured to ensure that they can not make an accidental conducting path with other components.  By placing the cable/conductor connector in an insulated bag it prevents it making accidental contact between it and a conducting component carrying a different potential. 

    Features:

    • Velcro fastener at the open end of the bag to close around the conductor;
    • Eyelet at the sealed end to aid in removal by either a remote pole or by gloved hand.

     

    These bags have been qualification tested by EDF for use with LV ( 0 - 1000V AC RMS/ 0 - 1500V DC) Connectors.
