Warwick Test Supplies WIPT-2 Wire Insulation Small Piercing Tap
A small insulation piercing probe (47mm long) designed to 'tap' on to wires up to 2mm in diameter.
Simply insert the wire under test into the jaws of the wire tap and screw down the end to force the bed of nails to pierce the insulation and make contact with the internal conductor.
Extremely robust product that will give many years of life. Ideal for alarm engineers, locksmiths, telecoms engineers and automotive technicians.
The end of the wire tap accepts a standard unshrouded 2mm banana plug.
Included is a 2mm - 4mm lead for easy connection to a multimeter or digital test instrument.
Available in 6 colours.
